Hi there! My name is Ashli and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Denver Metro area. I have a passion for walking alongside others in their healing journey.

It was through my own life experiences and challenges that I learned the value of leaning into others for support and the benefit of working toward growing into my best self.

Regardless of where life has taken us, I believe that we can embrace our story to not only grow in resiliency, but also to be used for our good.

Besides counseling, my other passions include spending quality time with my loved ones, baking all the sweets, hiking with my dogs, and buying yet another house plant.
